Andrea Mamone is a local Safety Beach VIC 3936 resident and building and timber pest building inspector.

Andrea has over 14 years building industry experience and since 2020 has been a Victorian Building Authority Domestic Builder Unlimited DB-U 67199

Andrea is highly skilled and has completed qualifications in:

• Diploma in Building & Construction
• Certificate IV in Building & Construction
• Certificate III in Concrete
• Timber Pest Inspections (Currently Enrolled)

After many years studying and working in construction and conducting building inspections, iSPECT Building Inspections is very excited to have Andrea onboard as part of our team.
